Friend Request Policy – West Chester Hoops

West Chester Hoops strives to create a positive and balanced experience for all players. While we understand the importance of children playing with friends, all team placement decisions are made with the overall integrity and fairness of the league in mind.

Friend requests are not guaranteed under any circumstances. The league makes every reasonable effort to accommodate requests when possible, but team balance, roster sizes, and coach availability take priority.

Friend requests are only considered when they are reciprocal, meaning both players must list each other during registration. Non-reciprocal requests will not be honored.

Friend requests are limited to players in Grades 1 through 4. Requests submitted for players outside of these grade levels will not be considered.

Failure to honor a friend request does not qualify for a refund or credit. All registration payments are final, and team placement decisions are made at the sole discretion of West Chester Hoops.

Once teams are assigned, no changes will be made based on friend requests. The league’s primary goal is to ensure a fair, organized, and enjoyable experience for all participants.
